Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift. 3-month assignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong background in long-term care and familiarity with Minnesota healthcare regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in staff education, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Master's degree in nursing, business, or health-related field preferred
