Job DescriptionSalary: 
Purpose: The purpose of this role is to greet visitors, answer phones, and support various departments with clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors; monitor visitor access
- Answer and direct calls as required
- Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, including coffee
- Process monthly invoices from suppliers
- Sort and distribute mail
- Assist Shipping Department by scanning and electronically filing job jackets
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience working in an office environment
Knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral and spoken) in English
