Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is tailored for SLPs who hold CCC certification or those beginning their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year, excited to make an impact with elementary and high school students. You'll provide essential therapy and support in both communication and behavior support classrooms, as well as settings with multiple disabilities, working across one or two engaging locations each week.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an SLP, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or entering your Clinical Fellowship year
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting students with a variety of needs, including communication and behavioral challenges, is highly valued
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for elementary and high school students
• Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Serve students in communication support, behavior support, or multiple disabilities classrooms
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
• Consult with families and school staff regarding therapy plans, strategies, and student progress
