Marketing Account Coordinator (On-Site in Missoula, Montana)

A growing branding and marketing agency in Missoula is searching for a Marketing Account Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and support diverse client needs.


Position Type: contract with potential for a long-term role

Location: On-site in Missoula, Montana

Hours: Part-time to start with potential to go permanent


Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison between content, digital, and social media teams to ensure the client's needs are met. Provide clear direction on deliverables ("here’s what you need to do for this client").
  • Social Media Support: Assist with social media posting and back-end tasks, including analytics, scheduling, and troubleshooting on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Detail-Oriented Tasks: Dive into the details, analyze insights, and optimize processes by understanding the "why" behind marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal team members and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Mindset: A detail-oriented individual who understands the rationale behind marketing efforts and can effectively work with data.
  • Social Media Experience: Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) for scheduling, resolving issues, and finalizing details.
  • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Patience and excellent communication abilities to manage expectations with teams and clients.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Passion for Marketing: A proactive individual who is driven to help clients succeed and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience Running Ads: Familiarity with running ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Google AdWords Expertise: Knowledge of Google AdWords and running successful digital ad campaigns.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing: Broad knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and strategies beyond just social media.
