Location:
Based in either Bradenton or Sarasota, supporting HR functions for the organization.
Your Role as a Human Resources Generalist:
- Serve as the central connection point for employees, fostering a positive workplace culture where team members feel valued and supported.
- Facilitate key human resources processes to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
- Administer employee health and welfare plans and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
- Resolve benefits-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist management with conflict resolution by providing thoughtful solutions and guidance.
- Protect employee confidentiality by securely managing HR records and sensitive information.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR policies, processes, and practices through research, data analysis, and reporting on employee productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, required
- One year of HR experience, required
- One year of ADP experience, preferred
