Job DescriptionJoin Our Family Medicine Team

We are seeking Family Medicine physicians to become part of a dedicated group of 11 healthcare providers, including five primary care physicians, focused on serving the senior population (65+) in Southwest Florida.

Practice Overview

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, in a purely outpatient environment.
Patient load: Manage 10 to 12 patients daily.
Consultation duration: Each visit lasts between 30 to 45 minutes.
On-call ratio: 1:10 for phone consultations.
Practice locations: Opportunities available in Palm Harbor, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, FL.
Compensation: Starting salary of $225K plus bonuses, with average earnings around $275K, and many exceeding $300K.
