Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and active Special Education Teaching certification is required for consideration.
- Prior experience teaching students with exceptionalities in a K-12 setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, behavior intervention strategies, and progress monitoring techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
- Evaluate student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings and annual reviews.

- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to provide holistic support for students.
- Maintain classroom documentation and adhere to all federal and state compliance requirements related to special education.
