Responsibilities
Connect with local community members to understand their insurance goals and identify coverage gaps.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help families and businesses protect what matters most to them.
Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and guide them through the policy selection process.
Keep accurate records of client interactions to ensure personalized service for years to come.
Collaborate with our office team to refine our local outreach efforts and community engagement.
Requirements
Current Property & Casualty insurance license in Rhode Island.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a client base.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Natural ability to listen carefully and explain complex topics in simple terms.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous background in relationship-based sales or customer service roles.
