Medical Provider (PA or NP) - Part Time

Job Description

This part-time correctional medicine provider role involves delivering compassionate, professional healthcare to inmates in Yellowstone County Jail. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing, treating, prescribing medications, and coordinating with nursing and deputy staff, with on-call duties rotation. The position requires current PA or NP certification, proficiency in patient assessment and procedures like catheterization and IV insertion, and experience in critical care is preferred.

Candidates should be reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented, with the ability to work with diverse populations. Work includes weekly clinics and emergency response, with documentation duties. The role is based in Billings, MT, requiring relocation before start, offering $65.00 - $80.00 per hour.

Reporting to the Medical Director, training is provided, and the work is in person.
