Graphic Designer & Production

Department

Marketing (Internal Creative Team)

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands‐on Graphic Designer with a strong background in production design and large‐format output to support our internal marketing department. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys taking projects from concept through final production — including design, pre‐press setup, printing, cutting, and application.

This position supports multiple internal stakeholders and brands, producing high‐quality visual assets for print, signage, displays, vehicles, showrooms, and digital use. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, production‐driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

  • Design print‐ready graphics for large‐format applications including signage, banners, decals, window graphics, vehicle graphics, displays, and in‐store materials
  • Prepare files for production, ensuring correct sizing, bleeds, color profiles, and material specifications
  • Operate and maintain large‐format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment
  • Perform cutting, weeding, laminating, mounting, and application of printed materials as needed
  • Ensure all printed output meets quality, color, and durability standards

Internal Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Support multiple internal departments with marketing, operational, and promotional materials
  • Adapt and version designs efficiently for different formats, sizes, and locations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Brand & Asset Management

  • Maintain consistency across brands, templates, and visual systems
  • Organize and manage digital assets, production files, and print archives
  • Follow and help refine internal brand guidelines and production best practices

Equipment & Workflow

  • Monitor inventory of print materials and supplies
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on production equipment
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, or cost‐effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on production work
  • Hands‐on experience with large‐format printing, cutting, and finishing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
  • Strong understanding of print production, pre‐press, and file preparation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable working both at a computer and in a production/print environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an internal marketing or in‐house creative team
  • Familiarity with vinyl application, mounting, or installation techniques
  • Knowledge of printing software and large‐format workflows
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing assets and formats
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, location, and production work
  • Occasional lifting and physical activity associated with print production and installation
  • Fast‐paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork
