- Manage site operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA 30 compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven success managing projects of $20M+
- Experience with educational, healthcare, multifamily, and civic buildings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
