Join our fast-paced, professional landscaping team! Precision Landscape Services is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant who is responsible for supporting business operations through administrative tasks, as well as providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current customer customers as well as teammates. This role interfaces with every unit of the business and is the key to achieving effective communication across the organization.
Overall Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and take down information for sales appointments and office support
- Cheerfully and professionally interact with visitors coming into the office
- Interact with perspective employees seeking employment with Precision Landscape Services
- Maintain the client database within our Software program
- Type up work orders for salesman
- Data entry for accounts payable and credit card receipts
- Process timecards for payroll
- Manage uniform ordering and distribution
- Assist with Facebook updates
- Assist with advertising and employment ad placement
- Provide administrative support for the office
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in administrative support, preferably in property management
- Associates Degree
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage referrals across departments
- Must be detail oriented, ability to multitask, and a proactive, team player attitude
- Basic telephone switchboard knowledge
- Must be fluent in Spanish
