Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Virtual / Hybrid Richmond, CA | $47$55/hr Part-Time | 20252026 School Year | Fully Remote or Hybrid

Celebrations Speech Group is hiring credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based assignments in Richmond, CA. We have openings for fully remote positions and hybrid schedules with occasional on-site visits.

What Youll Do

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to K12 students in a virtual or hybrid setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
  • Administer standardized assessments to accurately diagnose communication disorders
  • Manage caseloads, including IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and service logs
  • Attend and facilitate IEP meetings; write legally compliant, defensible IEPs
  • Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs when appropriate
  • Collaborate with Special Education teachers, specialists, and general education staff to support student success
  • Participate in trainings and professional development as requested

What Were Looking For
Required:

  • Active California SLP License
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone (PST)
  • Experience with virtual therapy platforms and administering online assessments
  • Familiarity with SEIS, case management, and IEP writing
  • Knowledge of California Special Education law and procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience supervising SLPAs or CFs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, collaborative, and student-centered mindset
