Call Center Representative – Hybrid Opportunity
Location: Louisville, KY 40299
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/ hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Only
Training: 8 weeks in-person, then hybrid
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently hiring Call Center Representatives for a hybrid opportunity with our client following 8 weeks of in-person training. This is a first shift role with equipment provided, and we are looking to hire immediately.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account support

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Provide professional and courteous service with a focus on solutions
Qualifications:
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus

Willingness to learn and grow—training is provided

Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
