This role is will be covering a multi-state region in the Southeastern U.S., to include Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and/or Tennessee.

We’re seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships within a defined geographic region. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and grow assigned territory by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end users.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage customer information, sales activities, and territory planning.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to accounts and job sites to promote products and identify new opportunities.
- Prospect and close new business opportunities within the territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-up, product education, and case resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Service, to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to territory and national sales forecasts by providing accurate sales reporting and pipeline updates via Salesforce.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of competitive activity in the region, utilizing the company CRM for market intelligence reporting.
- Support the development and execution of territory-level sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct business ethically and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Utilize company systems for daily workflows including e-mail and calendaring functions
Qualifications and experience include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably in footwear, apparel, industrial products, or manufacturing-related industries.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Comfortable with frequent field travel and conducting in-person visits with accounts, job sites, and trade shows.
