The Home Health Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering in-home patient care by implementing and managing physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with a healthcare team. This position necessitates appropriate licensing, prior healthcare experience, and travel to patients' residences, all supported by an extensive benefits and bonus structure. We Seek Compassionate Physical Therapists Who Have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will be practicing

A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare

A valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your day traveling to patient locations

A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for documentation

Strong time management and scheduling skills
