Noey (bartender)– golden retriever goofball. always upbeat, always moving, and will absolutely bring up river rafting within the first five minutes of conversation. fun to do impressions of.
Babs (server) – somehow both too cool for school and the nicest person you’ve ever met. travels the world frequently and then just… comes back like it’s normal. she's literally in Paris right now.
Ronnie (server) – kind of a resident mom. knows everyone in Colorado Springs. designated boss liaison. very comfortable outdoors.
Joe Nass(server) – suspiciously calm. busy shift, small disaster, doesn’t matter. Jonas is somehow still completely steady on the outside. can't be sure about the inside, though.
Jonald (bartender) – suspiciously energetic! if Joe is the still pond, Jonald is the caffeinated engineering student.
Miss E. (bartender) – sweetest and most contagious laugh in the building. once you hear it you’ll start recognizing it from across town.
Camden (bartender) – musician and professional piano tuner. yes, that’s a real job. the first person to make me question whether or not servers can get away with wearing stylish sunglasses while on the job.
Nick (server) – everyone’s dad. loves his couch time, has catchphrases. and somehow keeps the whole vibe grounded. can help you select the perfect TV show.
Jimothy (bartender) – drummer with the best taste in music. coffee snob. extremely committed to puns.
Mathias (server) – grew up in restaurants. constantly working on house projects. destroys everyone at arm wrestling. we think he has some evolved tiny muscle in his forearm no one else has.
Lemon Ayd (server) – name is long for Lemon. plant enthusiast to a degree that might qualify as a lifestyle. also, Beetlejuice got him the job.
Peepaw (server) – touring musician who disappears for a while and then reappears with stories from the road. responsible for most of these nicknames.
Afro Samurai (bartender) – unofficial Colorado Springs ambassador. if there’s something cool happening in town, he already knows about it.
Tobias (server) – this guy's an actual van-lifer who works with us only in summers and travels the country during winter. gifted electric guitar shredder and rock climber.
A-Wow (support) – used to live near Bigfoot. great at fixing things noey breaks. also has great taste in music.
so that's everyone, which brings us to...
You – easygoing, quick to help, good in a lively room. you notice when something needs doing and jump in. you move through a busy space with confidence, enjoy being around interesting people, you're probably some kind of artist. you like good music, good food, and a place with a personality. it's entirely possible you hated working a corporate job. you’re reliable, curious, talented. you have a good sense of humor and don't take life too seriously.
