Job Title: Barista

Pay: $20-$29/hour
Job Summary
A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, americano, etc.)
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer questions and resolve complaints professionally
- Promote menu items and suggest add-ons when appropriate
