Job Title: Office Manager – Construction
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Norman
Pay: $16-$20/hr DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires someone who can manage administrative functions, support project workflow, and work closely with both field teams and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction or roofing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage invoicing, billing, and financial records using QuickBooks
- Coordinate job workflow, scheduling, and documentation
- Work within JobNimbus and/or Xactimate to track projects, estimates, and updates
- Assist with insurance claims, including supplements and communication with carriers
- Maintain accurate job files, contracts, and customer records
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support estimating and project management teams with documentation and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Required: QuickBooks experience
- Preferred: Experience with JobNimbus and/or Xactimate
- Familiarity with the insurance claims process (supplements, carrier communication, etc.)
- Previous experience in construction or roofing strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
