Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 30-Minute Meal Break

Compensation: $40 – $50/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility, helping patients improve mobility, functional independence, and overall physical function.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or post-acute care setting.

• Familiarity with geriatric and medically complex patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
