Equity Union is looking for a creative, organized, and dynamic professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will design and produce marketing materials, support office operations, and help foster positive client relationships. You will work closely with agents and internal teams, managing multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards.
The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and results driven, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. We are seeking someone adaptable, proactive, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
This position provides direct support to the marketing department and overall office operations. Responsibilities include designing and producing marketing materials for agents, events, and office initiatives, responding to agents’ requests in a timely and professional manner, and managing incoming calls and mail. Other responsibilities include maintaining a professional, organized workspace, managing office supplies, assisting with technology setup, and performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain solution focused under pressure. Candidates should be tech savvy, customer service oriented, and comfortable working with branded templates to produce consistent, high-quality materials.
Requirements:
- 5 + years in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Canva
- 4+ years in customer service or related fields
- 4+ years experience in Marketing and Design
- Proficiency using PC & Microsoft Office for administrative and marketing tasks
- Proven ability in graphic design (understanding typographic rules, design composition, color theory, and basic design principles), and social media platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Strong knowledge in grammar, spelling, and composition
- Familiarity with task managing platforms to organize workflows
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Client services attitude prepared to help and assist with office tasks including but not limited to: setting up conference rooms, preparing for events and meetings, office management, printer configuration, helping out team members, etc
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization awareness, and an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Understanding and utilizing print processes to follow designs to completion
- Working with vendors and clientele to promote positive working relations
Physical Demands
This position requires setting up the office as needed for events and classes, maintaining office bulletins, sorting packages, and other responsibilities as needed to support office operations.
