Pool Technician — 45+ Hours/Week Guaranteed
Pool Bros is hiring a pool technician for the 2026 season. We service residential pools across Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth counties.
What you get:
- 45 hours/week minimum, guaranteed — overtime paid weekly
- Steady work through the full season (April through October)
- Company truck and equipment provided
- Paid training if you're newer to the trade
What you'll do:
- Pool openings and closings
- Weekly cleaning and chemical balancing
- Equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs (pumps, filters, heaters)
- Working directly with customers on-site
What we're looking for:
- Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable, on time, takes pride in the work
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Pool experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
- Basic mechanical aptitude a big plus
