Physical Therapist - Clinic Director
We are hiring either a Staff Physical Therapist or a Clinic Director, depending on experience and leadership interest. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality patient care, community engagement, and long-term professional growth.
This is a newly developed 2,000 sq ft outpatient physical therapy center backed by owners with deep healthcare experience and a strong, established local referral network. The clinic is designed around one-on-one, relationship-driven care, with a focus on balance, vestibular, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Ownership provides active oversight and strategic support while empowering clinical leadership on-site.
Geriatric experience is required, though patient age mix can align with clinician strengths and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one patient care in 40-minute treatment sessions
- Average caseload of 12 patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans
- Utilizing EMR: Prompt
Leadership & Growth (Clinic Director level)
- Serve as the clinical and cultural leader of the clinic
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
- Participate in community outreach and local engagement
- Support clinic growth, quality initiatives, and team development
- Opportunity in Year 3 to take on additional responsibility, including helping develop and oversee a second clinic (no ownership)
Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Staff Physical Therapist: Up to $100,000/year
- Clinic Director: Up to $115,000/year
- Bonus - Up to 10% of base salary based on responsiveness to referral providers, community engagement and patient satisfaction

- Continuing education supported, including travel, when education aligns with clinic programming

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a clear, active Massachusetts license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PT
- Experience in balance, vestibular, and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Interest in leadership and clinic growth (for Clinic Director consideration)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-centered mindset
