TradeWise is hiring experienced&nbsp;Water Truck Operators&nbsp;for roadway and site development projects in the Las Vegas, NV area.

Position Overview
The Water Truck Operator supports earthwork and paving operations by maintaining dust control and proper soil moisture levels for compaction.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate water truck for dust suppression</li>
<li>Maintain soil moisture for grading and compaction</li>
<li>Support excavation and paving crews</li>
<li>Conduct daily inspections of equipment</li>
<li>Follow DOT and jobsite safety standards</li>
</ul>
 
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>3+ years operating water truck on civil projects</li>
<li>Experience supporting grading crews</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in active construction zones</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CDL (Class A or B)</li>
<li>DOT project experience</li>
<li>OSHA certification</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation

<li>Competitive hourly pay:&nbsp;$23–$28/hr DOE</li>
