We are seeking a high-energy, self-directed New Business Development Manager (BDM) with a background in Real Estate or Property Management to join our growing team. The Role: Magnet & Filter
As our BDM, you are the face of TrustHome Properties. You will be introduced to warm inbound leads and referrals, but you will also be empowered to enthusiastically generate your own pipeline.
Your mission is two-fold:
- The Magnet: Attract and close perfect-fit property owners by educating them on the power and peace of mind that comes with professional management.
- The Filter: Protect our ecosystem by ensuring prospective clients and properties align with our company standards and values.
Over time, you will become the foundation of our most legendary customer success stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Respond to inbound leads with lightning speed and execute creative outbound strategies to build a robust pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with and educate qualified rental property owners on our residential management services, converting prospects into lifelong clients.
- Network & Connect: Actively participate in local Real Estate events to network, build referral partnerships, and continuously develop new industry relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM (LeadSimple) pristine with current notes, statuses, and dynamic tracking.
- Seamless Onboarding: Complete required contract paperwork compliantly and input new client data thoroughly into our property management software (AppFolio).
- Stay Expert: Master our unique service offerings, company policies, and relevant Florida landlord/tenant laws.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: A current, valid Florida Real Estate License is strictly required.
- The Experience: Preferred background in residential property management or real estate sales.
- The DNA: You are hyper-responsive, an exceptional listener, and a crystal-clear communicator (on the phone, over email, and in person).
- The Drive: A fast learner and a natural team player who thrives in a results-driven, highly autonomous environment.
- The Basics: You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend local face-to-face meetings and networking events.
