**This is a traveling position - job locations vary across the United States**
Position Details:
- Travel-based role working on new construction projects
- Option to meet at shop in La Crosse to ride with the crew or travel directly to job sites
- Typical schedule: 45–50 hours per week
- Project work expected through the winter season
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $26–$30+ per hour (based on experience)
- Paid one-way travel time
- Hotel accommodations provided (private room)
- $35/day per diem for days worked
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of stick framing and general carpentry
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Follow safety standards and job site requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with stick framing and general carpentry
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to meeting point or job sites
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
