We are looking for a strong performance marketing designer with good instincts and experience in A/B testing, scaling and regional strategies who is passionate about using design to drive measurable outcomes. This role bridges creative execution and data-driven marketing, creating visual assets that don’t just look great—they perform. You will work alongside an agency to rapidly generate and test creative variations, helping us scale high-performing visuals that resonate across regions and platforms, while also balancing brand and customer considerations
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production for Growth Campaigns
- Design engaging static, video, motion, and interactive assets for use across paid media, social channels
- Ability to take existing ads and develop high-volume, high-quality creative variations tailored to different audiences, placements, and formats
- Ability to cut, mashup, reframe 6s, 9s,15s video based on performance data—adapting creative quickly to test different hooks, formats, and messaging variations across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Testing & Data-Driven Optimization
- Work with paid media manager on testing cadence generating creative variants and streamline at scale.
- Design with a conversion goal, understand how visuals, messaging, and CTAs impact revenue
- Test messaging, visuals, and calls-to-action to identify high performing message and ad formats
- Iterate based on platform performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate well with growth marketing, brand, and media teams to align on creative direction and performance feedback
Brand Advocacy & Communication
- Evolve brand-driven creative into performance-ready formats without losing visual integrity or voice
- Present creative concepts and performance insights to stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital or performance-focused creative roles.
- Deep understanding of paid social and display ad environments (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, GDN, programmatic) and what performs best on each
- Test-and-learn mindset, iterating quickly based on performance data
Tool Skillset
- Creative:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva Pro
- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Figma (for layout and team collaboration)
- AI & Automation:
- Pencil or other AI-powered creative platforms (for scaling variations, concept testing)
- Midjourney, Firefly, or RunwayML for exploratory concepting or asset generation
- Ad Platforms & Reporting (familiarity, not execution):
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Adobe Analytics, GA4, Looker, or other analytics dashboards (to interpret performance insights)
Nice to Have
- Motion design or animation experience.
- Experience designing for multilingual/international campaigns.
- Background in education, certification, or membership-driven marketing.
