Ongoing What systems would the provider beinterfacing with other than Meditech? Medaxion Qgenda Patient Keeperetc? Expanse there will be some requiredmodules in HealthStream as well. CandidateParameters Which Board status will beconsidered? BE/BC BCAny specificfellowships/certifications/procedures/competencies we are looking for? Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiologyCredentialing Will MSO offer emergency privs ortemps? We do have the option to request emergency ortemps when deemed necessary. Thisremains at the discretion of the CEO/CMO of the hospital.Orientation done on first day orprior? Able to do remotely? There is 1.5-hr hospitalorientation that must be completed first and can be done virtually or in-person. Next we schedule provider for an orientationday to orient with the anesthesia team. Depending on availability with the hospital training team we may beable to do the hospital training and orientation with the anesthesia team onthe same day. Hospital/unitquestions Number of beds? 466Trauma center? Yes Types ofcases? General cases on kids 2 days to 2 years old. Hernias pyloric stenosis ENT.What does the support staff look liketechs nursing mid-levels etc.? We haveCRNAs that are typically supervised at a 1:4 max ratio.Describe the daily shift requirements Shift Times Weekendshifts 24hr Call Coverage In house and/or beeper call Weekday/Weeknight callcoverage needed: Typicalshift will be 7a-3:30pbut could be 7a-5p or 7a-7p. No weekends nights 24hr call in-house orbeeper call.Care Team Model Y/N: YesCall Coverage Required Y/N: No In-House No Beeper NoWould physician work in a Supervisory only capacity or expected towork own cases?
