This flexible position offers the opportunity to engage with clients in their home. You will be an energetic, compassionate, and organized team member committed to creating a positive, safe, and engaging atmosphere for clients, other caregivers, and agency associates.
In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities (Primary function — performed in clients' homes)
- Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent companionship, emotional support, and person-centered care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Offer medication reminders and coordinate transportation to appointments and errands
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising administrator
- Other duties as assigned
What We Look for in a Caregiver & Operations Flex Associate:
- Six (6) months of caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance
- A professional appearance and commitment to promoting a positive work environment
- Ability to pass a background check and meet FL state requirements for hiring
- A true passion for helping others
- A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
- Openness to feedback and personal growth
