Position: Dental Hygienist
Location: Our Dental Practice
Address: 12222 S. IL Route 47, Huntley, IL 60142
Schedule (4 Days/Week)
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Appointments for recare last 60 minutes, while new patient visits are scheduled for 90 minutes!
Scaling and root planing (SRP) sessions are flexible, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes based on the hygienist's preference.
Compensation is bi-weekly and hourly, with an option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages.
Potential to earn both daily and quarterly bonuses!
Our practice is equipped with advanced tools including an iTero scanner, Velscope, and offers continuing education coverage!
Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, dental and vision coverage, wellness benefits, and more!

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dental practices, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is a plus.
- A willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.

This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
