Fleet & Equipment Coordinator

N Line Electric is looking for a dependable, hands-on Fleet & Equipment Coordinator to help keep our trucks, equipment, tools, warehouse, shop, and yard organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and coordinate maintenance for company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor DVIRs, preventive maintenance schedules, GPS reports, fuel usage, and fleet costs
  • Keep the shop, warehouse, and yard clean, organized, and efficient
  • Receive deliveries, verify shipments, and assist with inventory
  • Track tools, parts, PPE, FR clothing, safety equipment, and calibration dates
  • Deliver parts, tools, and materials to local job sites as needed
  • Assist with purchasing, vendor research, and invoice review
  • Help make sure crews have the tools, equipment, and supplies they need


What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Experience with fleet, equipment, warehouse, construction, or inventory support is helpful


Preferred but not required:

  • CDL
  • Forklift certification
  • Trailer or equipment hauling experience
  • Welding experience
