Fleet & Equipment Coordinator
N Line Electric is looking for a dependable, hands-on Fleet & Equipment Coordinator to help keep our trucks, equipment, tools, warehouse, shop, and yard organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Track and coordinate maintenance for company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
- Monitor DVIRs, preventive maintenance schedules, GPS reports, fuel usage, and fleet costs
- Keep the shop, warehouse, and yard clean, organized, and efficient
- Receive deliveries, verify shipments, and assist with inventory
- Track tools, parts, PPE, FR clothing, safety equipment, and calibration dates
- Deliver parts, tools, and materials to local job sites as needed
- Assist with purchasing, vendor research, and invoice review
- Help make sure crews have the tools, equipment, and supplies they need
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience with fleet, equipment, warehouse, construction, or inventory support is helpful
Preferred but not required:
- CDL
- Forklift certification
- Trailer or equipment hauling experience
- Welding experience
