We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for RNs with a minimum of 2 years in Surgical Services or Acute Care.

Compensation: $36.00–$49.16 per hour

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 for a 12-Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated according to applicable laws)

Responsibilities

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working closely with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise and assist OR Technicians and other support staff.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Valid and current state RN License.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
  • Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
  • Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
  • At least one year of prior perioperative experience or on-the-job training.
  • CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
