Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced, Tier 1 semiconductor environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and delivery of semiconductor products, while maintaining high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance resilience
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure supply continuity for critical semiconductor components, including wafers, substrates, and packaging materials
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, capacity, and material constraints
- Oversee inventory optimization to balance service levels with working capital targets
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of supply chain planning tools and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain processes, including fabless, foundry, and OSAT models
- Proven experience in supplier management and global sourcing
- Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing cycles and capacity constraints
- Experience managing supply chain disruptions and crisis scenarios
- Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and cost management experience
