Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Stillwater Family Health Center. This is a fantastic chance to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.
About Stillwater Family Health Center
The center provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes:
- Routine pediatric examinations (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp, and sports physicals)
- Adolescent medicine
- General adult and geriatric healthcare (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance)
- Management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
- Preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations
- Cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle
Position Highlights
- Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage support
- Governed by physicians with a physician-led Joint Operating Committee
- Flexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
- Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APP) for additional compensation opportunities
- Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
- Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
- Leadership and administrative roles available for interested candidates
Requirements
- New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory
- Board Certification is required
- Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates
- A strong commitment to providing Primary Care for patients of all ages
Recruitment Package
We offer a competitive base salary with potential earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses. The starting salary range is between $250,000 and $260,000, with opportunities to earn additional income through productivity.
Please note that the stated salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, or other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
