Banquet Sous Chef – Full Time
Location: Warren, OH
Salary: $50,000–$55,000

A premier private club is seeking a skilled Banquet Sous Chef to support high-volume banquet and event operations. This role works closely with the Executive Chef to execute exceptional culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and member functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing banquet menus and events
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Train and mentor team members

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong line leadership experience
  • Banquet or high-volume event experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience a plus
