Banquet Sous Chef – Full Time
Location: Warren, OH
Salary: $50,000–$55,000
A premier private club is seeking a skilled Banquet Sous Chef to support high-volume banquet and event operations. This role works closely with the Executive Chef to execute exceptional culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and member functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing banquet menus and events
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train and mentor team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong line leadership experience
- Banquet or high-volume event experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience a plus
