RN: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Saint Elizabeth Home | East Greenwich, RI

NEW Increased Pay: $42.50 - $50.50/hour
(based on experience)

PLUS Additional Shift Differentials
$2/hour for evening shift & $5/hour for night shift

PLUS option for Enhanced Pay without benefits

Part Time
Day, Evening & Night Shifts Available

What You'll Do a RN: Registered Nurse:

  • Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

RN: Registered Nurse Qualifications:

  • Current Rhode Island RN license
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Ability to make independent decisions
