We’re hiring established CDL-A OTR team drivers only for high-mileage runs. Teams earn $115,000–$125,000 annually per driver with competitive weekly pay and steady miles.
Pay & Home Time:

Rate per mile: $0.81 CPM / split

Average weekly pay per driver: $2,400–$2,800

6,000–7,000 miles per week

Home 1 day per week out (up to 5 consecutive days)

Minimum 3 weeks out

Pay Schedule: Every Friday via direct deposit
Extra Pay Opportunities:
- Detention Pay: $16/hr after 2 hrs
- Short Haul Pay: $25 + mileage (under 100 miles)
- Breakdown Pay: $75 per day
- Stop Pay: $30 per extra stop
- Per Diem: Automatically included (must opt out during orientation to decline)
- Holiday Pay: $700 for 7 holidays (after one year of service)

Dry van, 100% no-touch freight (60% drop & hook)

2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (automatic)

21+ years old

6+ months CDL-A experience per driver

Valid CDL-A & medical card

No DUI/DWI or drug/alcohol violations in 3 years
