Were scaling quickly and need an Experiential Marketing & Events Specialist to craft memorable in-person experiences and support marketing efforts that bring our brand to life. What youll do

  • Plan & Execute Events: Manage logistics for customer dinners, workshops, conferences, and VIP experienceseverything from seating charts to catering to run-of-show details.
  • Own the Guest Experience: Ensure every touchpoint feels polished, thoughtful, and memorable (the way youd expect at a high-end event).
  • Marketing Support:
    • Coordinate pre- and post-event email campaigns.
    • Manage event registration tools and sync data with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
    • Help sales with scheduling meetings and follow-ups from events.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales to align events with company goals.
  • Measure Impact: Track event attendance, engagement, and lead outcomesthen recommend improvements.

Who you are

  • 35 years of professional event planning experience (weddings, hospitality, or B2C welcome).
  • Comfortable juggling vendors, contracts, catering, and dcor.
  • Hands-on with email marketing or event tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Eventbrite, etc.).
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when plans shift.
  • Excited to transition into tech and bring a hospitality-level polish to corporate events.

Nice-to-have (not required):

  • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Prior exposure to B2B or SaaS events.
  • Experience building event performance reports.
