Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on a Central Great Lakes regional account. This role is 100% no-touch freight with a majority of drop-and-hook work and includes a structured OTR training program and ongoing driver support.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,000–$1,400 per week (varies by experience and miles)
  • Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
  • Stop pay: $25 per stop; short‑haul pay: $25
  • Trainee pay: $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
  • Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 8,200 miles in a month, maintain no accidents, and achieve 7 MPG fuel economy
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Minimum qualifications

  • Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
  • Fair driving record with no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
  • No DUI within the last 5 years and no more than one lifetime
  • No involuntary termination from most recent employment
  • Solid work history (generally at least 6 months of employment in the last year or at least 1 year in the last 3 years; reasonable gaps for school or training acceptable)
  • Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens

  • Dedicated OTR trainer for 4–6 weeks for drivers with limited experience
  • Ongoing mentoring and structured support to help recent graduates transition to regional runs
