Position Description

Sprott Global is looking for a full-time Investment Executive Assistant to support an Investment Executive in Carlsbad, California. The Investment Executive Assistant will work in close concert with other departments, including Operations, and our clearing firm, RBC Capital Markets LLC. This is an entry-level position in terms of finance industry experience; however the ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with exceptional communication skills and proficient technology skills. This position will report into the Investment Executive and the Head of Operations.

Position Requirements

Deliver quality, proactive client service by addressing client inquiries in a timely, accurate, professional and courteous manner

Assess priority and address all client requests and concerns with an emphasis on low client effort

Communicate effectively with the Investment Executive to ensure a high level of client service

Coordinate client meetings/calls and facilitate periodic investment review process

Work closely with the Operations departments to fulfill client requests

Maintain updated and accurate client account and contact information

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient technology skills

Ability to work well with a team to accomplish complex tasks

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Strong MS Office skills

Interest in investment and financial matters

Holding a FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 is an asset, but not a requirement
