Inside Sales
OVERVIEW: TH Brands is looking for a retail sales person to help with customer service and custom orders who are shopping for apparel, sporting goods, trophies, engraved products, professional and sports uniforms and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist walk in customers and work to educate the customer on our product offerings, retain existing business and sell a full line of custom and stock apparel, sporting goods, trophies, uniforms and promotional products.
- Order processing and management
- Customer Service
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Act as a liaison between the client and production
- Consult with clients on orders, make product recommendations, and assist with upcoming projects
- Work closely with production on order execution to own and maintain office work flow
- Answer phones as needed
- Knowledge of sporting goods or interest in sports is a plus
- Additional responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and organization a must
- Basic computer skills for MS Office basic order entry and email etc.
- Ability to prioritize and organize is critical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in retail sales or customer service
- Experience working in the promotional product, sporting goods and/or apparel industry is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This job operates in a professional office and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photo copiers, fax machines and manufacturing equipment such as printers, heat press and chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of work conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- This is largely a standing role; however, sitting and lifting is required. Lifting may be up to 50 pounds.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work are Monday & Wednesday through Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm and Tuesdays 11 - 7pm.
