Are you a service professional that has extensive knowledge of digital banking, compliance, and branch operations with a knack for resolving technical issues?
We’d like to welcome a Digital Services Specialist Responsible for providing administrative and technical support for Digital Services (Online and Mobile Banking). Demonstrate and provide excellent service to Members, team members, and partners through professional, efficient, accurate, and knowledgeable service delivery. Demonstrate the ability to utilize internal/external resources to consistently research and troubleshoot technical issues through to resolution. Collaborate with management to effectively communicate with and train front and back office staff on operational/procedural and system changes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver day-to-day technical and administrative support for Digital Services (Online and Mobile Banking).
- Offer subject matter expertise to internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery to Members and contributing to the overall success of the Credit Union.
- Respond to internal help desk tickets related to digital banking. Open and manage support cases with digital banking vendor and third-party providers as needed.
- Address Member and employee feedback, providing timely solutions, guidance, and suggestions to enhance the digital banking experience.
- Conduct research and analysis of fraud patterns across digital channels. Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures to mitigate fraud and exposure.
- Assist in developing test scripts and performing quality assurance testing for new digital banking releases. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance digital banking tools and workflows.
- Create and update training guides, presentations, and documentation to support ongoing staff education and ensure consistent knowledge across departments.
- Manage and update department content on the internal intranet portal, ensuring accuracy and relevance of digital banking information.
- Produce statistical reports on digital banking performance, user trends, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with management on the development, revision, and introduction of operational policies and procedures, as well as implementing consistent “best practices” between branch operations and back-office operations.
- Coordinate with front and back office teams and oversee semi-annual core system release testing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES:
Minimum:
- Two (2) years of experience in financial services or technology related positions.
- Two (2) years demonstrating the use of strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Moderate level of understanding of online and mobile banking systems.
Preference:
- College degree in business, financial, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of LBS Financial core processing and ancillary systems.
- Working knowledge of LBS Financial operational and compliance procedures.
- Knowledge of credit union and/or financial products and services.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office products.

PAY RANGE
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$24.15 - $31.70
Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
