Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth within the commercial and multi-residential markets. This role focuses on selling maintenance contracts, services, mechanical system upgrades, and compliance-related solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable selling technical services.
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 + commission
Location: On-site in Matthews, NC
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business within commercial and multi-residential sectors
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements and mechanical service contracts
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, efficiency improvements, and compliance services
- Conduct site visits to assess equipment and recommend service solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to onboard new accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, mechanical, construction, or facilities services preferred)
- Experience selling service contracts or technical solutions
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prospecting abilities
