CornerStone Staffing is looking for a Parking Garage Customer Service Rep in Dallas! If you have great customer service experience we want to hear from you! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately!
Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $20hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1pm- 9pm
Job Description:
- Provides a high level of service to all customers
- Assist parkers in any parking facility and provide resolution to any technical issues
- Clearly document work expected and completed by remote filed resources
- Answer customer calls for technical support
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- HS diploma or GED required
