Essential Duties:
• Setup and operate Haas CNC machines efficiently and accurately
• Work with various types of metals and tooling configurations
• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications
• Adhere to all safety protocols including hazardous communication and lockout/tagout procedures
• Follow daily production schedules and promptly report any delays or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete all required production documentation and track usage of spare parts
Requirements/Skills:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in CNC machining or a related technical field
• Familiarity with G-code editing and machine tooling setups
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity required to operate machinery
