Job Summary

Health Source Group is hiring dedicated School Paraprofessionals to support teachers and students in classroom settings. You’ll help foster an inclusive environment, provide extra support where needed, and make a positive impact in students’ daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs

• Prepare and organize classroom materials

• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions

• Support behavior management strategies and reinforce positive behavior

• Promote respect, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or related certification preferred)

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
