We are currently seeking a high-level Personal Lines Licensed CSR/Account Manager to join our collaborative team.
Mandatory Requirements
Please note: To be considered for this position, candidates MUST minimally meet the following two criteria:
Active P&C License: You must currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically within the insurance industry is required.

Primary Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse set of personal lines accounts, ensuring each client receives professional service. Your daily impact includes:
Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service by interacting with clients to deeply understand their unique insurance needs.
Policy Management: Assist with managing personal lines policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and tailored to the client.
Issue Resolution: Promptly and accurately address client inquiries and resolve policy-related issues.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records for all client interactions and policy modifications.
Relationship Development: Nurture strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the MLL team to ensure a seamless client experience and share insights for continuous improvement.
