What You’ll Do as a Restaurant General Manager (a.k.a. Managing Partner):

· • Oversee daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest experience

· • Lead and coach your management team and crew to deliver smooth, efficient shifts

· • Drive local store marketing and community engagement efforts

· • Manage restaurant financials, staffing, inventory, and operational execution

· • Develop your restaurant team through performance, feedback, and training

What We’re Looking For:

· • A friendly, upbeat leadership style that builds team culture

· • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager

· • Strong kitchen operations knowledge, including P&L, staffing, food safety, and sales forecasting

· • A creative thinker who enjoys grassroots marketing and local outreach

· • A passion for coaching and developing others

· • A commitment to exceptional guest service
