Job Title: RN ERLocation: Shiprock, NM 87420Duration: 3 to 12 MonthsStart Date: Sep-2025Shift Schedule: 12hrs Days / NightsQualification:License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USACertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATCN / TNCC, NLSExperience: Shall have 3 Years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the ER Specialty.Skill Checklist Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care and manage patient needs in compliance with facility protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and EMTALA regulations.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management following competency standards.
- Perform venipuncture, intravenous therapy, and soft/hard restraint applications as needed.
- Accurately document patient care, including assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Communicate effectively via verbal and telephone orders for timely patient care.
- Ensure compliance with age-specific competencies and cultural considerations in patient care.
- Execute charge nurse duties, including patient triage, staff coordination, and emergency response.
