We are seeking an Office Assistant in Hutchins, TX to help manage our small business operations. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, with a primary focus on using QuickBooks to process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of bills. Additional duties include managing email correspondence, preparing and sending customer quotes, and assisting with general office organization and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and track accounts payable using QuickBooks
  • Ensure all bills are paid on time
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients in a timely manner
  • Monitor and manage email communication
  • Perform general office duties and organization
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
